Menus are personally customized by our chef. Guests can enjoy their dining experience family style, buffet, formal sit down, or a combination of all.

When guests are arriving, we suggest having a side table of appetizers. This allows everyone to start with a light bite to eat, mingle with each other, enjoy a beverage and sit down at their leisure.

We can offer a salad course and pasta course, if you wish. For the main course, we would suggest offering 3-5 options for your guests to choose from – or offer all of them family style or buffet.

Carving stations are also available with prime cuts of local meats or full fish.

Desserts can be offered individually plated, family style or on a side table. A customizable cordial bar can be offered as well.
